    Abstract
  • Powder nylon is fit to coat the metal and is endowed with good functions of resisting polish,lash and corrosion.The research makes use of nylon 1010 to form a layer of protection on the surface of automobile steel parts(eg.automobile batholith) with good distribution and compactibility by the fluid-bed.It can improve the life-span of the steel parts.The powder coating method by the fluid-bed and effect of the technological reference numbers on the coating properties are emphatically introduced.The best technological reference numbers are decided through measuring the coating properties.It provides a criterion for designing the oven、transport system and fluid-bed of coating nylon production 1ine.
