The Emulational Study of IGBT Inverter Main Circuit

Through the study on the IGBT inverter main circuit,this paper analyses the prospect of using the CAD technology on circuit design.Introduces the principle of the IGBT bridge main circuit and the mathematics model of IGBT and main transformer,the emulational study of the bridge main circuit is introduced also.The experiment results show that the emulational wave is in accord with the practical wave and the absorb parameter has little influence on the circuit.
