The Design of High Precision Programmable Integrating Totaliser and Rate Instrument

A design method of high precision programmable integrating totaliser and rate instrument is introduced in this article,which includes the establishment of mathematical model for measurement,the principle of measurement,the design of hardware and the design of software of this instrument. This instrument can carry out the high precision integrating of the flow,software calibration,a kind of alarms and the protection of power off.
