Studies on the liquid-state culture medium of β-Glucosidase from Aspergillus niger

The production technology of β-glucosidase by liquid fermentation was studied with Aspergillus niger screened by the lab.Its optimal composition of culture medium for enzyme secretion by liquid-state fermentation was cellulose powder4%,KNO33%,PEG0.1%,and initial pH 6.5 when the cultivating condition was25mL medium in 250mL flask,inoculating 2.5mL of 1 day of seed liquid,incubation temperature 32℃fermentation for 5days.This paper provides some theoretical bases for the industrial production and application of β-glucosidase.
