Studies on the Optimum Parameters and Properties of Magnetic Composite Flocs Formation by Alumino-Salt Flocculant

  • In this paper,the flocculent effect Optimum parameters and properties are studied of magneticcomposite flocs formation in the treatment of high turbidity water using magnetic, owder and plocculants such as alumino-salt flocculant and high polymer PAM.By comparing of the treatment efficiency,the settling time of output water and the microphotography of magnetic composite flocs,We have obtained the conclusion that the efficiency of treating high turbidity water by magnetic flocculation in this paper is fine and setting time is decreased,and the magnetic composite flocs are easy to separate.Above results may be accounted as experimental basis of applying magnetic flocculation and magnetic separation to the pipe flocculator.
