    Abstract
  • In this paper,an analysis has ben carried out on the quality control of spot welding by means of the dynamic electrode forces.A quality control system for the spot welding under the dynamic electrode forces is designed to include a piezoelectric pressure sensor,an amplifier and a circuit.meantime,are also introduced the hardware construction and the design of control software.The experimental results have shown the effectiveness and reliability of this system.
