Study on refluxing extraction of chlorogenic acid in artemisia selengensis turcz

    Abstract
  • Ethanol refluxing extraction of chlorogenic acid in artemisia selengensis turcz was studied by orthogonal test method.Some main effects on extraction yield were fully investigated and the extraction conditions were optimized.The optimum extraction conditions were as follows:70% ethanol as solvent and 12 times volume of sample weight,extraction for 4 hours at 85℃ and extraction twice.The extraction yield of chlorogenic acid for artemisia selengensis turcz was 1.24%.
