The Study On the Information Exchange between the Microcomputer and the Digital Instrument under the Windows

This paper discussed how to use the lastest compilatory software for object -Delphi newly publish ,by American Borland Company in 1995 ,for realization of the inforation exchange between the computer and the digital instrument controlled by the micro-controller. This exchange technology was successfully used in the ultrasonic consistency meter exported to Germany and in the NanChang public security traffic-Map-inquiry system. It has some particalar significance to intelligence electrical instrument、CAD、CAM and the systems controlled by Computer controlled.
