Research on the Manufacturability Evaluation in Agile Manufacturing Mode

Manufacturability evaluation req uirement and characteristics in Agile manufacturing mode are discussed firstly.The outstanding feature is that the evaluating information should feedback to enterprise-selecting model.A frame of product manufact urability evaluation is presented.And then the paper analyzes several key problems including part modeling,knowledge representation,partner selecting and manufacturing environment modeling.After that,theories and methods involved in material and blank type,part structure,manufacturing resources matching and standardization examination are presented and discussed in detail.An example is given in the end.
