The design of the rolling resistance testing unit in tire endurance testing machine

The rolling resistance of a tire is one of the important characteristics of the tire.In order to cooperate with the exploiting of the new products,the formation of the rolling resistance is analyzed in detail,some improvement is done on the transmission shaft in the innovation project of the tire endurance testing machine.The rolling resistance testing unit is designed in a new testing method.By the testing system not only noncontact torque measuring can be done,but also the testing result can be printed directly by a PC computer printer.It can realize on-line rolling resistance testing automatically.It is testified by the practice that it can work accurately and it can guide the exploiting and designing of the new products in some way.
