Gel’s Protein Spot Matching Algorithm Based on Feature Point

2-dimensional gel analysis is an important technique for proteins,and spot matching is the key stage in 2D gel analysis.For character of spots in 2D gel,we proposed a spot matching algorithm based on feature points.Accurate protein spots matching between two gels are achieved through feature points matching.Experimental results show that the algorithm has high accuracy and good stability in gel's protein spots matching.
