Video player and capture based on Direct Show with C⁺⁺ Builder

This paper elaborates the available solutions on implementing video capture and introduces the main principle of DirectShow.Based on analysis of the problems in classical ways of developing multimedia systems,a design scheme of video capture software and video play system based on DirectShow is presented.The steps of capturing real-time video based on DirectShow using C⁺⁺ Builder is given,and the system of real-time video capturing is realized.The system's characteristics of stabilization,credibility,better reusability and extensibility are verified by the sample.
