Studies on cellulase production with a potent strain Aspergillus niger No.5.1

The production technology of cellulase by liquid deep fermentation was studied with Aspergillus niger No.5.1 as experimental materials.Its optimal composition of culture medium for enzyme secretion by liquid-state fermentation was:cellulose powder 3%,KNO3 0.4%,PEG 0.1%,initial pH 6.5.The optimum cultivating condition was:25mL medium in 250mL flask,inoculating 2.5mL of 1 day of seed liquid,incubation temperature 32℃,fermentation for 5 days.This paper provides some theoretical bases for the industrial production of celluase by liquid-state fermentation.
