Analysis and practice of control of axle vibration in oxygen compression engine

This paper introduces a kind of unusual control method of high-speed axle vibration.It analyses the main factors influencing axle vibration by means of analytical technique of vibration sources and diagnosis of trouble of equipment and by regulating the system stiffness and decides on the countermeasures against trouble of the engine by amending installation parameters through theoretical calculation.The method has obtained satisfactory result from the practice of oxygen compression engine set of the Lianyuan Steel and Iron Group Company,Ltd.and is of great value to spread.
