    Abstract
  • A computer-aided-testing system for the measurement of switching characteristics of temperature sensors is presented. A 96-channel CAT system, together with its signal conditioner,and temperature regulator,is discussed in detail.An application software was developed by the authors. Further discussions are conducted on the improvement of measurement accuracy and the suppression of interferences.
