Kinematical and dynamic simulation of coupling based on spatial 7R mechanism

  • This paper uses mechanic dynamic analysis software ADAMS to build a simulated prototype of the coupling based on spatial 7R mechanism,and makes kinematical and dynamic analysis.By using the finite element software ANSYS,the stress change is analyzed in the process of the coupling turning,which provides the theoretic foundation for the design of the coupling based on spatial 7R mechanism.Analyzing the kinematics and dynamics of the coupling based on spatial 7R mechanism by CAE simulation software,this paper has laid a good foundation for the coupling′s application and further analysis.
