Optimization of Reactive Power in Power System Based on Primal-dual Interior Point Algorithm

Abstract
The Primal-dual interior point algorithm has inherited the advantage of Newton's algorithm,and can deal with function constraint and variable constraint together.By using the improved method for reactive power optimization of power system,a large number of inequality constraints in the objective function can be effectively dealt with.The simulation results from IEEE14-bus system show that the improved algorithm possesses fast convergence speed and good robustness.
