Water Soluble Stripper for Aluminium Alloy Covering Finishing Applications

The water soluble stripper in which benzene alcohol replaces dichlorimethane as the main solvent is discussed.Compared with the former stripper of dicholoromethane,this stripper has lower poison and no harmful effect on the safety and health of the user,and the stripping speed of the two strippers is in close.There fore,it is suitable for removing the paints such as epoxy top coat or epoxy zinc chromate primer,especially for the coating on the surface of the plane.Furthermore the raw materials of this compounding stripper are easy to get,and the stripper has little corrosion to the substrate,extensive suitability and no combustibility,and can make the coating dissolve or expand in 30 minutes at room temperature.In point of production,the process of the stripper compounding and way of the stripper using is easy,the stripper can be steadily stored and uneasily volatilized,and has no harmful effect on the surface of substrate recoated.
