The background and connotation of Agile manufacturing(AM) are analyzed.Several key technologies and research situation of AM,including agility of enterprises and its scale system,structure renovation for agility,virtual organization,product process planning in the mode of AM,are analyzed thoroughly.Essential contents and aims of AM process planning are presented in this paper.
