Research on the Fuzzy Self-Adaptive PID-based Intelligent Controlling of Vacuum Differential Pressure Casting System

A fuzzy self-adaptive PID control algorithm for the vacuum differential pressure casting system is introduced in this paper.The algorithm is used to control three phrases of casting process: mould-filling,pressure-adding and pressure-keeping.The parameters of the algorithm can be adjusted automatically by the outer conditions.As an example,the attribution function and controlling rules of mould-filling phrases are introduced,and the results of simulation and experiment are analyzed too.
