    Abstract
  • In vehicle location and navigation system with GPS,It is necessary that GPS data be displayed on the digital map in real time.GPS data belong to WGS-84 coordinate and the digital map coordinate is guass plane projection of 54'Beijing coordinate. The paper discusses the transformation problem between different types of coordinate systems, and simulates an algorithm to convert GPS data into a data form that can be displayed on the digital map. The result shows that the algorithm is practical and valid.
