The Research on Computer Control Technology of Knitting Arti ficial Jacquard Weave Fur

The control of knitting Jacquard weave fur should not only chose the correct knitting needles according to the data of design pattern,but also feed corresponding wool top at teasing needle with certain lead. Only when the control system and the mechanical device cooperate strictly could produce qu alified fur be produced.According to the working process of knitting artificial Jacquard weave fur,several problems that should be solved are put forword,and the concrete plans of driving needle selectors,producing synchronic signals,controling the quantity of feeding fur and dealing with the data of design pattern are also introduced in detail in the paper.On these footings,the microcomputer control system is introduced in detail in the paper.The flow chart of software is given at the same time.
