The research on Mg-Al-Zn matrix alloy solder

Three kinds of Mg-Al-Zn matrix alloy are designed to solder MB8 Magnesium alloy in the furnace without the protective gas.The wettability and filling of these solders on MB8 Magnesium alloy,mechanical properties of the joints were tested.The results show that the wettability and filling of these Mg-Al-Zn matrix alloy solders on MB8 Magnesium alloy is good and the anti-oxidantic of the solders and the strength of the brazed-joints is improved by adding trace elements Mn 、Re in the solder.
