The Existence Theorem of Equivariant Good Cover on a G-manifold
It is well known that each smooth manifold has a good open cover.We generalize this result to equivariant case by showing that each equivariant smooth manifold has an equivariant good cover,and the equivariant good covers are cofinal in the set of open covers.
