Research on the Monitoring Technique of the Cutting Force Based on the Virtual lnstrument
Research has been done on a high precise and effective monitoring system of metal cutting process based on virtual instrument interface in this paper. A regressive method、superposition principle and parabola interpolation are used to constitute the cutting force model, through which the feature of the cutting condition is extracted by parameter estimation and the whole cutting process is monitored.
