LD temperature Fuzzy-PID control using DSP

  • For the requirements of temperature stability in semiconductor laser(LD) device,a LD temperature control system with Fuzzy-PID algorithm using TMS320F2812 DSP chip is designed,and the software flowchart is given.With PWM carrier frequency of 50 KHZ under laboratory environment,the system successfully stabilizes the semiconductor laser device working temperature around 25.0±0.07℃ within 2 minutes,while the overshoot is no more than 0.5℃.
