Measure and Calculate the Calibration Factor of ARUPS

Measure and calculate the focussing character of electron energe analyzer in angle-resovled ultraviolet photoemission spectroscopy(ARUPS),and photoemission signal calibration factor of oblique ultraviolet ray.The results show that the received photoelectron possibility to the deviation β from the analyzer focussing axis is the Gaussian fuction exp(-β²/β₀²)(β₀=3.5°),the calibration factor of oblique ultraviolet angle α is higher than cos(α).
