Simulation Analysis of High Frequency Characteristics of V-shaped Microstrip Meander-line Slow Wave Structure

  • The new V-shaped microstrip meander-line slow wave structure was put forward.The effects of structural parameters on the dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance were analysed by the electromagnetic simulation software HFSS,and the slow wave structure supported by dielectric slab was improved.The results show that the improved structure can increase the coupling impedance,but has not obvious influence on the dispersion characteristics.
