The computer simulation of ventricular cardiac action potential

Based on H-H formulation,the action potential model we present in this article has incorporated recent experimental findings of ion channels.We refer to the L-R Phase Ⅰ Ventricular cardiac action potential model to set up our model,and certainly had made a modification according to our MATLAB emulation result.It shows that the new model is relatively perfect,because this model not only has higher depolarization rate,but also can be used to emulate the electro-biological characteristics of K+ concentration outside cells.
