The effect of the sort and content of catalyst on low temperature boronizing of steel

In this paper the main catalysts are used in order to study the effect of the sorts and content of catalyst on low temperature boronizing of steel.Consequent we can find the better dosage to the sort and content of catalysts .The result has shown that the right dosage of H₂NCSNH₂,NaF and NH₄Cl during the low temperature boronizing can improve the speed of boronizing efficiently.They can also make boronized layer uniform and compact.Consequently,it can improve the hardness and wear resistance of boronized layer.
