Abstract
The mechanical strength of high molecular materials already used in SLS is too low to satisfy the demand without post-treatment.To solve this problem,nelon-6/PS composite materials were selected to act as SLS materials in this paper.The addition pattern of Al2O3 was studied.As a result,good sintering and mechanical properties were obtained.The influence of SLS parameters on sintering properties was studied,and the optimum parameters were decided by orthogonal experiments: laser power 10W,scanning rate 1,500 mm·s-1,scanning space 0.15 mm,layer thickness 0.20mm.
