Teaching Practice of “Radiographic Testing” Course Integrating Scientific Exploration Laws and Humanistic SentimentTaking Bohr atomic model as an example

  • It has been a common phenomenon that “emphasizing technology over humanities” in the teaching of professional courses in engineering universities, which favors the teaching of knowledge and skills while value guidance is insufficient. It has become a consensus to integrate the concept of ideological and political education into the entire process of professional course teaching. As the core course of non-destructive testing, the teaching of “Radiographic Testing” should also keep abreast of the times, constantly explore and innovate the ways and methods of integrating ideological and political elements into courses. Taking the Bohr atomic model in the course of “Radiographic Testing” as an example, based on the O-APASI teaching model, this paper utilizes advanced teaching methods such as problem guidance, heuristic discussion, explanatory reasoning, and ideological and political sublimation to carry out teaching design to practice the concept of quality education of “both genders at one time”. Utilizing two line teaching methods of both knowledge transmission and curriculum ideology, the essence of philosophical thinking and traditional culture is rooted in the teaching in a silent way. The rules of scientific exploration and problem-solving strategies are displayed to students. A relaxed and active humanistic atmosphere will be created and students’ innovative thinking and humanistic feelings will be imperceptibly cultivate through above strategies.
