Exploration and Practice of Aerospace Manufacturing Talents Training Mode Based on Integration Between Industry and Education

Aerospace manufacturing industry is the key field of innovation driven development and a strategic emerging industry in Jiangxi Province. In order to adapt to the new requirements of aviation industry transformation and upgrading for aerospace manufacturing talents, we cooperated with AVIC Hongdu group to carry out the exploration and practice of aerospace manufacturing talents training urgently needed by tooling design posts. Effective methods are formed from determining talent training objectives, constructing professional curriculum system, innovating practical teaching methods and improving school enterprise collaborative management mechanism, so as to ensure that the talent training of industry education integration achieves the expected goal.
