The Research and Realization of Adaptive Adjustment Strategy for Sampling Frequency In Nonmagnetic Water Meter

  • Nonmagnetic metering technology has been widely used in modern intelligent water meters due to its many advantages. Its basic principle is that when LC oscillation occurs, the inductance will generate eddy current when it meets the conductor, which will accelerate the attenuation process of oscillation. The frequency at which energy is injected into capacitance and inductance is the cornerstone of adaptive adjustment strategy, and the system power consumption is positively correlated with the sampling frequency . To solve the problem of high sampling frequency and increasing power consumption caused by installing the transmitter directly on the base table impeller. Self-adaptive adjustment strategy of sampling frequency is proposed, a prototype of impeller intelligent water meter is designed. The experimental results show that the power consumption of the system at different flow points is significantly different, which can prolong the service life of the battery and can be used as a reference for the instrument industry powered by the battery.
