Synthesis and Kinetics of Alicyclic Non-Isocyanate Polyurethane
-
Abstract
The non-isocyanate polyurethane IPDC was synthesized by rigid alicyclic amine isophorone diamine (IPDA) and propylene carbonate (PC). The structure was characterized by FTIR and 1HNMR. The synthesis kinetics of isophorone diamine and propylene carbonate has been studied. The results showed that the reaction order of IPDA/PC system was 2.201, the apparent activation energy was 35.90 kJ/mol, and the pre-exponential factor was 5.790 min−1. When the reaction temperature was 100 °C, the conversion rate of the system could reach 86.2%.
