Design of Ultrasonic Scanner Data Acquisition System Based on LabVIEW

  • This article mainly introduces the part of the hardware design of a ultrasonic scanner and the data acquisition part of the upper computer software based on the LabVIEW development environment. Through the probe, data acquisition card, trigger circuit and sound wave receiving device together constitute the main part of the hardware of the ultrasonic signal acquisition, using the host computer software to collect the ultrasonic signal and send it to the PC-based host computer, and use the virtual instrument in the PC and the powerful function of the computer to complete signal analysis, data processing, graphical display, etc., and achieve the processing of data signals. Finally, the signal acquisition of ultrasonic test of a certain test block is performed through the system, and the signal is analyzed and processed by software to verify the feasibility of the operation of the system.
