Improving the Stability of All Inorganic Perovskite Nanocystals with Employing the Organic Phosphorus Ligands

Abstract
The perovskite quantum dots with organic phosphorus ligands(TBP-CsPbI3 QDs)display obviously not only the exceptional optical and electrical performance, but also the robust stability during 30 days. In addition, its electroluminescent diodes present excellent performance, compared with perovskite quantum dots with organic amine(OAM-CsPbI3 QDs), specifically showing unprecedented values of the maximum external efficiency (EQE) of 2%, which is higher than the EQE of OAM-CsPbI3 QDselectroluminescent diodes (0.198%).
