Determinate on the General Quality Characteristic Index for the Master Students Cultivation

There is no uniform standard in practice about what the general qualities and abilities of postgraduates should be. In order to establish scientific and reasonable training program for master training institutions providing a basis, first we uses key event interview combined with a questionnaire survey. Then we extracted general quality features from what master should be cultured, and carried on the empirical analysis. Finally we ascertain the quality characteristic index for postgraduate's cultivation by quality index screening.
