The Matlab Implementation of Jordan Standard Form

    Abstract
  • Jordan standard form is widely used in the algebra, mechanics and numerical calculation. In this paper the algorithm of Jordan standard form is discussed. The calculation of Jordan form in the software MATLAB is quite limited, a new program is given and verified. The results show that the new program can solve this problem.
