The Life Risk Assessment on Industry-university-research Collaborative Innovation and Cooperation Project Based on Modified PFMEA

  • Risk management in the industry-university-research collaborative innovation and cooperation project is the key to deepen the cooperation and achieve the established objectives. A new risk assessment model is constructed by combining the modified process failure mode, effect analysis method and the life risk assessment of collaborative innovation and cooperation project. By the similarity difference of expert opinion, the weight of each expert is assigned and the comprehensive evaluation value and risk priority number of each potential risk event are calculated. It turns out that, in the innovation and cooperation project, the average risk priority number of potential risk events in the management and control stage is maximum and in the planing stage is minimum. The risk priority number of potential risk events in each stage is similar and it is also very different. By judging the priority value of the potential risk events accurately, to ensure senior risk is given priority protection.
