Modeling of Aircraft Final Assemble Line Based on Hierachical Timed Color Petri Net

  • Multi-level theoretical model and modelling method of Hierachical Timed Color Petri Net were proposed for accurate modeling and high modeling efficiency of aircraft final assemble line. According to the multi-level and multi-granularity characteristics of aircraft final assemble line, the assembly process for type of A1、A2 and A3 was designed using CPN Tools. Based on the due date of delivery, the priority was determined for each product, then the assembly process of each station was designed by nested quality inspection model. Finally, the results of the average operation time for three type products are 78.4 h、93.2 h and 102.4 h respectively ,and the total yield rate for the products is 82.7%.
