The Design of Automatic-feeding System of Punches Based on ATmega16

  • To improve the efficiency of punching motor armature silicon steel sheet, reduce labor risk, an automatic-feeding device and control system were designed based on punches' structure feature.This system is mainly composed of drive unit, judgment unit, controlunit and display unit.Drive unit transfer the punch s' power to automatic-feeding system, the decision circuit takes ATmega16 microcontroller as controller core,judgment unit can judge the feeding count at a time, and control the punches run or stop with the cooperation of control, display unit can show all the parameters when punches run.Engineering application shows that this system can judge the feeding count at a time, and send silicon steel sheet to mould correctly to reprocess, greatly reduced the work efficiency of the punches, and have fault alarm function.
