Influence of Stainless Steel Weld Crack Detection Rate with a Different Process Parameters for Computed Radiography

  • Because of the stress and other factors, easily forming a weld crack during welding, seriously affecting the safety for use of welded components, as a serious flaw, the crack is most concerned problems for non-destructive testing. Welding cracks have a sharp gap and a large aspect ratio features, requires a higher detection sensitivity in order to ensure reliability. In this paper, research on the influence of stainless steel weld crack detection rate with a different process parameters for CR,proving that use image normalized SNR measure image quality is reasonable.
