Design of ACFM Test System Based on ARM Technology

  • According to the poor stability and real-time performance of traditional ACFM test system, a new vibration signal acquisition and analysis system method based on S3C2440 and embedded Linux operation system is proposed. This paper specially focuses on the design of the signal pretreatment module and data acquisition module of hardware. Moreover, the software design is discussed. The experimental results prove that the system can meet the need of real-time performance, and its stability and reliability are good.
