Explorations and Practice of Problem-based Teaching Reform on Course for Graduate Students

  • Some new teaching reform explorations and practice are positively implemented to numerical analysis course for graduate students. In teaching practice, thinking of problem-driving is introduced into classroom teaching. Teaching mode of problem-driving is gradually formed. Teaching system of lectures on theory and focus discussions and big extracurricular homework are gradually built up. This course examination method of integrating close-book exam in class and open-book exam out of class is carried out. The teaching practice demonstrate that this problem-based teaching reform is good for cultivating and improving engineering technology application abilities and innovation abilities for graduate students.
