Integration System of Digital Equipment In Aviation Composite Manufacturing

  • This paper simply introduced the craft process of aerospace composite material parts from design to manufacture, and pointed out that the main bottleneck of implementation fully digital manufacturing is shortage of the digital technology on manufacturing. Moreover, the digital equipment integration system were also studied in composite component manufacture, and the result show that realizing the digital control, digital management, and system architecture design were the key to build a digital equipment integration system. This paper briefly introduced the related research techniques of centralized control and centralized management in digital equipment integration. We expected to fulfill full digital in aviation composite manufacture with digital technology.
