Installation Process of Switching Station Assembly Tool for C919 Airplane

  • Based on analysis of the switching station process for C919 airplane, the process of airplane switching station tools is proposed. Using level and laser tracker, the tools coordinate system is built for tools assemble. By means of finite element analysis, deformation is simulated through loading. The deformation simulation can ensure the coordination between inner shape preserving rack and external shape preserving rack. The presented method not only can ensure positioning accuracy of shape preserving rack during assemble, but also shorten the production cycles.
