Research of Roundness Error Visual Evaluation System

In order to realize the visual evaluation of roundness error, the system program language is adopted with LabVIEW by using the least square and minimum area of two evaluation methods. According to the established mathematical model, the roundness error visual evaluation based on virtual instrument system is constructed, the system has data acquisition, storage, analysis and display results. It is low manufacturing cost, easy to use and good function expansion.
