Simulation Design of an Ultrasonic Phase-Controlled Transmission Based on CPLD drived by high Frequency Clock

Abstract
High-precision ultrasonic transmission phase delay is the key technology in phased array ultrasonic beams. An ultrasonic phase-controlled transmission based on the CPLD drived by 250MHz frequency clock was designed. The phased launch resolution achieved 4ns by using the binary gray code counter and pipeline optimization. The simulation results show that the phased array emission circuit can achieve good accuracy of phased launch.
