Comparasion of Vibration Characteristics of Cracked Rotor System with Fractional Order Damping and Cracked Rotor System with Integer Order Damping

Abstract
In the case of nonlinear eddy, the fractional calculus is applied to the crack fault diagnosis of rotor system, and then compared with the vibration characteristics of cracked rotor system with traditional integer order damping. The simulation results show that more abundant the information of crack fault in the fractional damping cracked rotor system can be obtained by adjusting the fractional order. Therefore, the fractional calculus can be better applied to the crack fault diagnosis of the rotor system.
